My Question or Issue

Hi, I have a question nobody has managed to answer.

If I develop an app for commercial purpose (say a game), can I suggest via a link users of my app to download the Spotify official app and login for listening to my Spotify playlist in background while using my app ? Is it legal ? 

And if so, would I earn something from Spotify in return (like revenues for each listener or something like that) ?
