Can I use images of artist and albums in mobile app on Google Play

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a mobile game app. To enhance the experience, I’d like to use artist and album images sourced from the Spotify Search API.

My app will be free of ads and won’t require any payments. I’m not modifying or editing these images in any way—just displaying them as they are retrieved from the API.

Could someone clarify what the requirements and guidelines are for using these images in this context? Are there specific permissions or attributions required to use this data in a non-commercial, ad-free application?
