Can I write a bot that streams my Spotify playlist in a Discord channel?

My Question or Issue

Hi there!

I'd like to write a Discord bot that can join a voice channel and stream music using my Spotify Premium account. Am I legally allowed to do this? If not am I legally allowed to stream to other Spotify Premium users?

Also are there some technical limitations to do this that I don't know of? I've seen in the API documentation that I can stream music.

You can already do this in Discord by right clicking a user and selecting "Invite to Listen Along".
