Can't access setting for a Spotify for Developers app

Hi!

I want to make an app in React which uses the Spotify Web Api.

 

I successfully made an app in the dashboard, but when I try to access the settings for the app I get the following error: "Something went wrong, we were not able to get your app. Try again later."

 

Is there something I can do or should I just wait a bit more in the hopes it will fix itself?

Thanks for your patience. There were a few threads on this and we worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The engineering team has mentioned it is resolved at this point.

Me too! I created my first app mind you and have never used this before but I just set to local host as per documentation with a name  and description and get the same!

I tried to connect Spotify and  stream deck, but after a few steps and creating the app, when I click on the "settings" button, I get an error, please help!

I have the same issue. Created a new app on the developer desktop and when I go to settings it tells me there is an error

I also have the same issue. Spotify chat support can not help :shrug:

I have the same issue as well. I've made three apps with different configurations and can't seem to access any of them 

Same issue for me right now. Can't access any of my newly created apps

I also have the same issue. I can view the home tab perfectly for the app, but as soon as I go into the settings page; I get that error as shown.
If anyone has a solution, that would be awesome!

same for me. after I created the app, it poped up an error msg saying "Something went wrong..." 

Hello again. It seems that now it works, maybe it just needed some time?

Thanks for your patience. There were a few threads on this and we worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The engineering team has mentioned it is resolved at this point.

I managed to continue my studies and make my playlist. Thank you and respect that you guys got it working so quickly.

I am getting this error in settings for all my old apps and any newly created ones today.

Hi all, I'm running into this issue as well today for an app I created this morning and also one created over a year ago. Was there any action required on our part to get the settings page working again, or do we need to wait for Spotify Engineering to resolve the issue?

I am still getting this error for my newly created app.

Seeing exactly the same issue when trying to create Home Assistant App, is there an end user fix for this or do we have to wait for a certain period of time before the app gets created on the back end ?
