Can't access setting for a Spotify for Developers app

My Question or Issue

Hi!

I want to make an app in React which uses the Spotify Web Api.

I successfully made an app in the dashboard, but when I try to access the settings for the app I get the following error: "Something went wrong, we were not able to get your app. Try again later."

Is there something I can do or should I just wait a bit more in the hopes it will fix itself?

Seeing exactly the same issue when trying to create Home Assistant App, is there an end user fix for this or do we have to wait for a certain period of time before the app gets created on the back end ?

Def not solved by any means - wish you could remove the "go to solution" link cause nothing is explained there. Other that spotify fixing it for a select few happy users.
