My Question or Issue

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could reach out.
The only user who can actually integrate with my data is the user who developed the interface.
When I try to make the app available only to 3 more users, I keep getting "No data available. Check back when you've made some requests using this app for data."

Any advice? 🙏

Hey @Yoavten,

Hmm, let's dive right into this. Could you head over to the Spotify for Developers Dashboard, choose your app and go to 'Users & Access' in the upper-right corner? That's where you should be able to manage access to your app. Let me know how you get on!

Hi!

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I've made sure that my email is included in the main account's access list, but when I try to get into the page I get the "no available data" notification (screenshot is attached).

I was expecting to get permission to use the app as a "normal user". Isn't that the case?

Thanks again!

Hey there,

Everyone who is going to be using the app needs to be added to the Users & Access menu. If you like your app to be available to everyone, you can request a quota extension. Let me know if that clears things up!

Hi again,

The email I'm logged in with is authorized on the Users & Access list .

That's why I'm surprised I'm getting the error message.

Regards,

Still doesn't work...

Additionally, all the users in the list receive an "invalid access token" error when they try to use the app. Did anyone else encounter this problem?
