Can’t load items right now

I was trying some apps like SPOTIFRIENDS, Friend Activity, and others recently, and a couple days ago this error message just appear.

Can't load items right now. You can try logging in again

FormatException: Unexpected character (at character 1)

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and Welcome!

Since SPOTIFRIENDS does not use the public Spotify Web API, relies on an alternative login method, and is not approved by Spotify, I’m limited in how much I can assist. It’s likely that Spotify has restricted this alternative method of accessing data from its private API.
