Check if Spotify app has been logged in on Android Auto

Hi Spotify team, We are developing an app on Android Auto OS. In our app we want to check if Spotify app has user logged in.

I have tried SpotifyAppRemote API, but SpotifyConnect.connect() throw exception CouldNotFindSpotifyApp even if Spotify app has already been installed and logged in. I check some threads and it seems the same issue happens on Android TV because the SDK is not supported on Android TV. Is this SDK supported on Android Auto?

Is there another way to check if Spotify app has been logged in? Thank you.
