Clarification on AI/ML violation clause, using my use case as an example

Hi there,

  To expand on my subject line, I'm wondering if my particular use case may be seen as a violation of the AI/ML clause, with respect to the ingestion of data. 

  As such, my process flow involves generating a list of recommendations using parameters from the Get-Reccomendations API call, and then further filtering and sorting this output based on track specific metrics such as Timbre or Pitch for example.

  Would this be a violation of the clause. To clarify there is no Machine learning models or scripts running iteratively but a simple function to filter out results based on specific criteria in track characteristics (as noted above).
