Commercial Use of api

My Question or Issue

I will create app in which i need to show some artists stats on the page like, monthly listeners, play counts etc, There will not be any streaming, does it still fall under commercial use? Also i will have a lot of users so i should also get rate count higher, but customer service just told me to sign as spotify partner but it does not align with my needs how can i go further in this topic

Those endpoints are not part of Spotify's (public) Web API.
