Commercial application success?

Has anyone here had a commercial integration application approved? I submitted my application five months ago and still haven't received a reply (the submission form says the target response time is 10 days). In searching the forum, I've only found reports of applications never being reviewed.

I'm also curious what's the point of integrating Spotify in a non-commercial app? I can see maybe doing it for a hobby or a personal experiment, but I imagine the vast majority of developers have some kind of income stream connected to their projects, which necessitates the commercial license.

It has now been nine months since I submitted a commercial application, with no reply. I sent two messages (one four months ago and another last week) to the Spotify developer email address and those also received no reply. When I search this forum for "commercial," I still don't find a single example of another developer having their application approved or even acknowledged.

Does this program even exist? Do we have to be working on a major corporate app to get their attention? Is there any reason to give this any more of my time, or should I just cross Spotify integration off my to do list and forget about it?
