My Question or Issue

Hi, I have a legal question and Spotify support told me to ask here.
I am a staff working at a TV station. I want to use the Track Features and Analysis data I GET from the Spotify Web API as a reference for casting artists to perform on our TV station's music program. I am looking for information on whether the Spotify API can be used for commercial purposes for non-streaming uses such as the above, and the agreements and procedures necessary to use it.
Thanks

Hey there @shimo814,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, we'd suggest you get your legal team to review the Spotify for Developers Terms. If all agreeable, then you can contact Spotify for partners to get more info on this matter.

We hope you found this helpful. We're always here to help.
