Connection Problem

Hello I have a premium account usually use Iphone 10 have absolutely no problem with my internet and always follow the solutions given on website. I’m writing here to say that the app has been doing that quite often. You guys have a great online support with robot to help and solutions on the website but sometimes we just need to report to a real person so you guys know it’s been happening a lot and it’s annoying. So this technical problem has to do with the provider or something like that. Thank you and I hope you can improve this!
