Contacting a Spotify representative for terms of use advice.

Has anybody had experience with contacting a Spotify representative to discuss terms of use and whether your app idea is compliant with the developer policy?

If you contact Spotify Support, they will refer you to this Community. They are not able to tell you more than what's already documented on the pages linked at the bottom of https://developer.spotify.com/.

I'm not a Spotify employee, but if you describe what your app idea is, I can help you answer whether your app idea is compliant with the developer policy.

I tried this a little while ago. There is no use trying to contact them. I think it says somewhere that you can, but it's impossible.
They respond by telling you to submit an extended quota application and/or visit this community forum page.
