I am making a discord bot that plays music in VCs. I would like to know if i can do the following:

- use Spotify for a discord bot made by me

- cut out the ads since discord doesnt allow it

To cut out ads, make it Premium. You can add it to Premium Duo or Premium Family.

My system already does this. My question is if i will get sued by spotify for making a discord bot like this.

I looked through the Spotify Developer Policy again, and I think your bot is not allowed, because "Streaming [is] only permitted for Premium subscribers.".
