Creation Playlist Endpoint 502 Error

My Question or Issue

The https://api.spotify.com/v1/users/{user_id}/playlists endpoint keeps returning:

{  "error": {    "status": 502,    "message": "Error while loading resource"  }}

Even through the API documentation when using my own user_id. 

Not sure what the deal is, asking for help!
