[Desktop][Developer] Command Line Parameters in Windows

So I have IFTTT set up.

I want to be able to set parameters so that when I run Spotify I can pass commands from the command line, like

- /P <playlist> - to start spotify and play specified playlist

- /A <album name> - to start spotify and play specified album (only first of this or above on command line is executed)

- /V <percent> - to set volume to %

etc

So for example I could pass the command

Spotify /P My Favourites /V 20

which will start Spotify, play My Favourites playlist at 20% volume

I'm sure there are a number of other command line parameters that others would like.
