[Developers] Verification email to create app not sent

My Question or Issue

Trying to create my first app with WebAPI, I'm asked first to verify my email in my dashboard. Clicking on Verify button displays a popup "We have sent you an email ..." but nothing is sent.
My email has already been verified at account creation a long time ago, I have a Premium subscription for 8 years.
