Do I need to resubmit quota extension if I need to add features to the already reviewed app?

Currently my web app is in development mode, but I use Spotify oAuth and need to move to the extended quota so anyone could use it. If review was successful and I need to add new feautre to the web app, will I be able to do this? Do I need to submit another review?
