Embedded iFrame Redirect not functioning

I've embedded the iFrame widget into the header of my website. But upon clicking the button, nothing happens -- it appears the redirect STARTS, but never completes. 

iFrame: 

<iframe src="https://open.spotify.com/follow/1/?uri=spotify:artist:3vYDtpohDgUncKtMRRAu8N&size=basic&theme=light&..." width="200" height="25" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border:none; overflow:hidden;" allowtransparency="true"></iframe>

HOWEVER, if you extract JUST the URL from that iFrame and paste it into a new tab, the button functions fine:

What could be stopping the redirect from working? 

Note: Embedded into Shopify header.liquid file.

Can you give us a link or source code we could take a look at? Right now, as-is, it's working fine on our side.
