I try to upload an image as cover of my playlist through an application. However, no example request is provided. Can someone help me out? Regarding the call "Upload a Custom Playlist Cover Image" see https://developer.spotify.com/console/put-playlist-images/

What is it that you are confused about? Did you carefully read the documentation for this endpoint? It says "The request should contain a Base64 encoded JPEG image data, maximum payload size is 256 KB." There are plenty of online resources that show you how to convert an image to Base64 encoded JPEG image data.
