Extension Request Media Upload Broken

I'm trying to revise my extension request (first time doing it with the new UI) and there's strange behavior when uploading screenshots/screencasts. All attempted uploads initially produced a "Something went wrong" error, but when I saved my request as a draft and refreshed the page, the images showed as uploaded. The screencast did not, and now when I attempt to upload a screencast the request gets stuck pending. All media sizes are well under the specified size limits.
