Extension request denial reasons

I submitted an extension request a few weeks ago and I just saw that it was denied. I was told an email was sent to me explaining why it was denied, but I never received anything. Did those of you who were in the same case receive this email? I would really like to know why it was not approved and if I can do anything about it...

seems to be a problems that is well known, a lot of people have already complained about not receiving any response
