GET /v1/me/player incorrectly returns 204 and an empty response

A `GET` request to the `/v1/me/player` endpoint returns 204, even when Spotify is open and playing on my desktop. Interestingly, if I open Spotify in the browser, I get a 200 as expected. I started facing this issue about a week ago. I've also noticed that state isn't shared between the desktop and web player like it used to.

Are you sure you're logged in with the same account on both devices?

Yes
