Get Artist's Albums not returning all albums

I should be able to get all albums by Get Artist's Albums if I don't fill the market param, but it's not working anymore.

This is working in 2021, and I found it not working last year, I really hope it can be brought back, since it's the only way to get an album which is not available in all markets.
