Get audio url of my own content

I am developing a mobile app that is intended access and display audio content from a specific program available on Spotify (our own program). To achieve this, I need to retrieve the download URLs for the audio content associated with this program (the complete file, no the preview, obviously). These URLs will be used within my mobile application to facilitate the download and streaming of audio content for users.

Is it permissible to access and retrieve download URLs of audio content using the Spotify API for the purpose described? Each time a user opens the episode on my app, it will access the download URL on the Spotify platform. I want to confirm that this is allowed and inquire about any rate limits or guidelines to ensure a smooth integration.
