How can I allow users to test my App without having to add them to user management?

Our App has been released. However, we wish to integrate a free music feature and therefore we are looking to incorporate Spotify.

For the convenience of our customers during testing, we cannot always add them to the dashboard, as this would create many accounts and communication with customers would be inconvenient.

I would like to know if, by applying for an extension request or some other method, we can allow them to test without having to add users?

For testing, it's necessary to fill in the account information of a tester in the dashboard. Unfortunately, there's no way around this requirement.
