How can I get access to Made for You playlist by Web-API?

I can’t find any APIs that could access to my Discovery Weekly, Daily Mix, Daily Wellness or Release Radar.

You are correct. As of November 2024, there are MANY things that NEW web API use cases are no longer allowed to access (but which were previously accessible.) Among the many things you can no longer retrieve via the API are "Algorithmic and Spotify-owned editorial playlists."

It depends on what you mean when you say "get to" ...  The following is my experience with that:

If you want to retrieve details about Spotify Algorithmic Content, then you cannot do that due to Spotify removing that endpoint from their Web API.

However, you can still PLAY the context via the Spotify Web API Start / Resume Playback endpoint.  You just need to know the playlist id to do that.  Note that the Discover Weekly playlist ID does not change; it just dynamically refreshes it's content.
