How does the API prioritize factors in a recommendation?

For example, in the example args below, I've chosen several factors that don't align  with the artist. The AP response may be empty. 

What should I do if I am more strict on the criteria than the artist? How do you recommend that the seed_artist/track/genre can be more flexible?

I could try abstracting to similar artists or relevant genres. What would you do?

seed_artist = Skrillex (for instance)
