How to get only public playlists that are shown on profile while using playlist-read-private scope?

My Question or Issue

I want to make a 'added to profile' Public Playlists page just like on the official spotify however when I call Get Current User's Playlists or Get User's Playlists while under playlist-read-private scope it will return ALL public playlists of the user including the ones that are not added to profile. How does spotify achieve this 'added to profile' page?

this includes me adding filters to the returned playlist for checking 'public' true but there seems to be no way to differentiate between public 'added to profile' and excluded.
