How to get trackid

Hi all,

I'm a data analyst with no real API experience who is trying to use my own Spotify data to carry out some analysis in Python. I've downloaded my data but what I really want is the Audio Features for my history (API for Audio Features). To do this, I need the track ID but this isn't included in the download of my data and I can't find how I source this data.

Any advice would be appreciated!
