How to retrieve the 'Your Top Songs' playlists for all users?

Hello!

I'm trying to find a way to identify the 'Top Songs (year)' playlists that Spotify creates yearly for each user. 

They all exist in the platform (they can be searched), but I can't find a way to systematically obtain their id or their uri for each user.

I'm just starting with the API so perhaps it's just in front of me. 

The thing is, the playlists are not user created, and, unless the user specifically followed them, they are not a part of the user playlists.
