I Need Help - Does this violate Spotify's developer terms and service?

Hello, I would like to create a non-commercial web application using the Spotify api. However I don't know if what I would like to do violates the Spotify developer terms of service.

I would like to make an application where users can login via Spotify and my site stores in a database the id of the music listened to and the time the user listened to it.

I've read the Terms of Service but I'm not sure if it complies with point 3 and point 8 of the User & Data section in the Terms or Service. Can you please help me out a bit?
