I can see other people's listening activity, but they can't see mine

I'm thinking this is a bug from the 2021 spotify desktop udpate, as this is when the error started. I've tried host files, clean reinstalls, clearing cache, etc. My only other guess is that this is a bug in the coding with my account activity not updating.

The error:

My followers can't see what I'm listening to, even though I have "Share my listening activity on Spotify" enabled and Private session disabled. However, I can always see what my following is listening to. I've had friends confirm that they can't ever see my activity.

except it's from 2013 so I can't add anything to it.

If you check out the screenshots, you'll see my friend (brock) has activity that continually updates for each song he listens to. For my activity, even as I listen to more and more songs, it won't update.

If someone could help me fix the issue I'd seriously owe them for life!!
