I can't get playlist information

I'm doing a project and I want to bring through python information of the top songs of a region, but I noticed that when using a playlist id created by Spotify I get a 404 error, but with any other not, why is this?

Thank you for posting in the Spotify Community, and Welcome!

Due to the changes of November 27, 2024, it is no longer possible to get playlist data from Spotify that have Spotify as its owner. This is the case with the Top Songs playlists.

My Question or Issue

Hi, 

I am doing a simple project to analyze track info from a public Spotify playlist as Top 50 USA. The link is below

I keep running into error when getting info from this in my Python VSCode 

HTTP Error for GET to ... returned 404 due to Resource not found. It is working when I switch to the Spotify Web API Testing playlist which is below https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3cEYpjA9oz9GiPac4AsH4n

Does anyone know why Spotify does not let me use the info from one of their public playlist?
