Is my app against terms of service?

Hello,

I am trying to build an app that will easily help connect playlist curators with artists who are trying to promote their music. As part of this, i would like my app to display names and business email/submission email of the curator. 
Is this against Spotify terms of service? Do you see any other long term violation of ToS by doing this?

I am building an app that will easily help connect playlist curators with artists who are trying to promote their music. As part of this, i would like my app to display names and business email/submission email of the curators so that they can independently be contacted by the artists to pitch their track. On my platform Payola is strictly prohibited and curators who request payment for playlist placements are not allowed on our platform.
 
Is displaying the curator email ID a violation against Spotify terms of service? In many cases, the email ID is already in the description of the playlist.

Do you see any other long term violation of ToS that my app is liable for?
