Lack of Parental Controls/Delete Listening History Function

My Question or Issue

My nephew has an iPad and I love letting him listen and connect with music. I had toggled the explicit settings to off, but it somehow got turned back on (I wouldn't be surprised if he just got curious and was messing around with the settings). Now there's a nude woman on an album cover in his recently played with explicit words on it. I can't even get that off the home screen because I can't delete his listening history. I even have the music setting in iOS's content controls set to "clean."

Please either make the toggle unchangeable under parental control (ie. a passcode), make a Spotify Kids version for free users, and/or add a delete listening history function.
