Licence Clarification - In Game as a music player/radio

Hi, Can we use the API as a basic music player in a game? Our game is not about music,music trivia or dance. We just want to have it as a car radio, mp3 player etc in the game.  Section 3-Prohibited application details games as not allowed but we need clarification because this prohibition may target games based on just music/trivia/dance with extensive usage. Intended use platform is PC and our game is being developed in Unreal Engine 5.
