Need Premium web apis for app.

I want to integrate the web apis in my app on android and ios, Please can you confirm the premium plans of the apis executions.

Actually currently I have used your api with access token but the token is expired every 1 hour. But on my app end I want  the token never expired, So that's why asking for premium plans.

Hmm, for security reasons tokens expire after one hour. You might be interested in implementing a different authorization flow in your app (client credentials for example). That way, your app can refresh its credentials by itself. Check out: https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/general/guides/authorization/.
