No Option to Submit Apps for Community Showcase

According to the 2014 post by Chris Hughes, the following link should allow us to submit our apps for the showcase, but is now showing a 404 error: https://developer.spotify.com/community/showcase/submit-your-app/

Furthermore, the showcase page doesn't have any options for submitting an app.

Hey @FrozenDarkMatte,

According to @_milena, app submission for the Community Showcase is on hold for the time being. Spotify hopes that it will be back soon.
