PS5 in rest mode / no available devices / api

My Question or Issue

Problem, when i put my PS5 in Rest Mode, and have enabled "Spotify Turns my PS5 on and Play Music", it will do through the App of my spotify app from my Pocophone F1 (Spotify Version 8.5.86.854), i can select the PS5 as an Player, also when PS5 is in Rest Mode.

BUT NOW the Problem is:

I want to start the Playstation 5 through an call api from Synology NAS via Spotify Connect API.

But when i try this (https://developer.spotify.com/console/get-users-available-devices/), it will not show my PS5 as an available Device, so i can't set a Track to PS5 while it is in Rest Mode.

If i open the Spotify App within the PS5, then, PS5 is an available Device and i can set a music to PS5 via Call api on my Synology.

Why does the call api not recognize my PS5, while it is in Rest Mode ?

On my Spotify App it will sho on Rest Mode ?
