My Question or Issue

Hello Spotify team, I have created a hobby-project android app that I like to use with friends etc. but that I would like to make easier available on the Google Play Store.
The app essentially controls the user's playback with a timer using the Web API, while also using the API to gather playlists etc.
I do not wish to monetize the app, but I hope to get some kind of approval before releasing, as I do not want to break any terms of service rule or anything of the like.
