Possible to Create Dashboard for Band?

Hi --  my sister's a band signed under Red Light Management. I'm building her a dashboard to collate all of her streaming data & financial data into one spot so she doesn't have to go several different apps and gets the full picture of her business & audience. 

How do I get access the Spotify for Artists data? I obviously have her login...

I've seen other posts on here about this without a resolve, and also saw something about a BULK API, but it required being a direct partner of Spotify. Can someone give me the access? Promise I mean no harm 🙂
