QUOTA EXTENTION REQUEST

Hey, I need your help. I want to submit a quota extension to spotify and I have already filled the form except for the area below. What information am I supposed to put in that box??   Are they asking for my app client id or something else?

I think you need to make a new Spotify account and add it's email address and name to Users and Access of the Dashboard of your app. After testing your app with the credentials of the new Spotify account, you can put those credentials inside that box.
