My Question or Issue

I read developer policy.

Spotify Developer Policy | Spotify for Developers

And section 3.3 said

"Do not create voice-enabled SDA that enables a user to control Spotify with their voice, or any kind of assistant that provides voice-control functionality"

1) Is it ok to use voice command just launch application? (no play with voice command)

2) Could you please tell me is there any contract available to get allowance of section 3.3? Our company searching music player application that can be controlled by voice command.

Hello, thank you for replying.

But I'm not sure who are you, at least you are not Spotify employee.

And I think, except for employee, nobody knows the answer of (2).

I already contacted Spotify staff and they said, write question here and wait their expert answer.

I’m not sure why there is a restriction on voice recognition for Spotify. My app doesn’t communicate with voice to Spotify, but the user asks for a song title on my app, the app searches Spotify by text and returns the music link that  plays by redirect to the Spotify player. 
The voice search is on my app so there’s no voice interaction with Spotify.  I think that’s how it is implemented.  But DYOR. Peace
