Quota extension rejected and no mail sent

Quota extension rejected and no mail sent

As described on the subject, my quota extension got rejected, and I didn't receive any mail with the reasons whatsoever in my mail attached to my Spotify Developer account, nor any of my mails.

 

Is there a way to contact with someone so I can get the reasoning of my quota extension reject and proceed to fix the issues ? I've looked out for a way to reach out to anyone / any contact mail or so, but I didn't have any success so far.

Would appreciatte some help, thanks!
