Quota extension request for an AI based APP

My Question or Issue

I have already made 2 extension requests for my app, which were rejected for the following reason: "Do not use the Spotify Content to train a machine learning or AI model or otherwise ingest Spotify Content into a machine learning or AI model."

My app involves asking ChatGPT API for a list of tracks based on a prompt filled in by the user. I use this list to search for existing tracks on Spotify, and then I add the ones found to a new playlist (or an existing playlist chosen by the user).

I don't understand the reason for the rejection. I clearly explained in my request that no Spotify data is sent to an AI, but it wasn't taken into account during the review. I don't know what else to do.
