I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance with an issue affecting our IP range XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX, which has recently been blocked from accessing Spotify services. We have noticed that our customers are unable to connect to Spotify through our servers, and we have not received any notifications of abuse or violation of Spotify's policies from our end.

As the administrator for this IP range, hosted with Hetzner, I ensure that our servers are used responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Our customers primarily use these servers to establish secure connections, which includes accessing online streaming services like Spotify. There have been no known breaches of Spotify's terms of service from our IPs.

To illustrate the issue, I executed a test using the command curl https://open.spotify.com/ from our server. Unfortunately, I received a 403 Forbidden error, which indicates that our client does not have permission to access the URL from your server. Here is the error message:

We kindly request that you review this block and provide us with any specific reasons for the restriction. We are committed to resolving any issues that might have led to this situation and will take all necessary steps to ensure compliance with Spotify’s policies.

Could you please guide us through the process to have this block lifted? Any information you can provide on why the block was implemented would also be greatly appreciated, so we can avoid such occurrences in the future.
