Scope extension approval

I submitted a scope extension request about a week and a half ago and have yet to receive a response from Spotify. I've submitted requests before for previous applications and usually received a response in the following day, so I find it kind of odd how long it's taking for this app, and just wondering what's going on?

I am having the same issue... and we recommend our users to create their own apps when integrating with our software... so I have users with the same issue too.

I personally submitted on July 22nd.

Looking at their blog post, they say to allow up to 6 weeks which is crazy!!
Right now, the spotify integration I have with my software is no longer working and it looks like I will have to drop it and look at alternative providers at this rate! 😞
