Scopes ignored at the "Authorize" endpoint

I'm trying to connect my app to Spotify using Web API. When I do a GET request to Autohrize endpoint, I get redirected to login screen of Spotify.

Then, I put my mail and my pass (in the "login_screen.jpg"), but when I try to login, instead of asking the scopes I've declared, I see a white screen with the label "You have been logged as <my-user>", and the buttons "General", "Web Player" and "Log Out"  ("wrong_page.jpg").
